The hotel's location was very convenient, with great access to the main train station as well as shopping and dining areas. The rooms were also relatively spacious for Japan standard, and the laundry room was a nice bonus for those needing to clean clothes during their stay.
There were a few negative aspects to our experience. the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made getting information a bit of a challenge.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location, just a short walk from the transportation hub and close to the famous festival street. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the spacious rooms and laundry room available around the clock. The wifi connection was strong and reliable, providing us with great views from our high-floor room. The staff was friendly and made communication easy.
Absolutely nothing.

Great view and convenient location
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel as the room offered a great view of the surrounding area. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to many restaurants and shops. the hotel was easily accessible by train or bus. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was a bit too small, and it was difficult to move around with the extra bed in the room. there was no control over the centralised heating system, which made the room feel stuffy and hot, especially at night.

The check-in process was easy and the staff provided great communication. The restaurant served superb food and the onsen facilities were enjoyable. Good wifi coverage and high floor offered great views.
Absolutely nothing.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and shopping street. It is also close to picturesque mountain ranges, providing a scenic backdrop. The rooms and bathrooms are relatively spacious for Japanese standards and feature a laundry room that can be used at any time. The breakfast is tasty and the cleaning service is prompt and thorough. The lobby gift shop is also available for souvenirs and snacks.
The staff's ability to speak English is limited, making communication difficult for non-Japanese speakers.
